HR Department of One: For many employers, the individual handling HR issues also wears many other hats like office manager, accounting coordinator or even owner of the company! This one-day workshop is designed to provide those busy professionals with the essential knowledge of the most critical areas of HR.

Speaking Engagements
Mindi is available to speak to your group or company about a wide range of matters related to human resources, employment law, entrepreneurship, and starting a business. She has given presentations to small business owners, medical associations, professional sports team staffs, business groups, HR professionals, women leaders, MBA students, law students, and healthcare students.
Mindi has been a featured presenter at the Ohio State Medical Association (OSMA) Annual Educational Program, the National Hockey League (NHL) HR Conference hosted by the Columbus Blue Jackets, the Brady Ware Women’s Leadership Conference, and for various events of the Women’s Small Business Accelerator (WSBA) and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Columbus Chapter. In addition, she has recorded continuing legal education webinars for the Ohio State Bar Association.
